Infrared Sauna with Salt Bricks

The Infrared Sauna with Salt Bricks uses a unique combination of infrared heat technology and colour light therapy to restore physical and mental balance. Including Himalayan pink salt bricks which help purify the air and aids in reducing stress. from 2, 4, or 6-person offices available in Standard and Premium options.

CryoLounge

The CryoLounge - Cold/Hot Therapy is an advanced recovery chair with complimentary cold and hot zones. Cold is applied to target soreness or minor aches and pains, while heat is applied in other areas of the body for a comfortable experience.

LED Light Therapy Bed

The LED Light Therapy Bed is designed for complete comfort and rejuvenation. Red light therapy has been shown to provide a wide range of benefits, including improved skin health, reduced inflammation, reduced pain, and improved circulation. It works by using specific wavelengths of light to penetrate the skin and stimulate the body's natural healing processes.
