We are confident you will love Wello Works! However if, for any reason you need to cancel your membership, we offer a 7 day wellness guarantee. 

If you enter into a Membership Agreement prior to Wello Works opening, you may cancel this Membership Agreement during the 7 day period immediately after the opening date of  Wello Works. This 7 day Wellness Guarantee period will begin at 9am on the opening date of  Wello Works  and expire 7 days later.

Or if you enter into a Membership Agreement after the opening date of Wello Works  , you may cancel this Membership Agreement during the 7 day Wellness Guarantee period immediately after you purchase this membership. This 7 day Wellness Guarantee period will begin on the date you purchase this membership and expire at close of business on the day on which at least 7 days have elapsed. 

In both cases, if you cancel your Membership Agreement within the 7 day Wellness Guarantee period by giving us notice in writing, we will provide you with a refund of the amount you have paid, less the cost of any days and/or services you used prior to cancelling the agreement.
